The Service Desk

The Service Desk is manned by technically gifted staff who can help resolve any issues that may arise with your IT infrastructure. Each of our Service Desk packages provide users with 24/7 access to an online portal where you may add, review, update or close requests as well as email and telephone access to the Service Desk from 8:30am to 5:30pm. In addition to this our enhanced package provides extended access to the Service Desk team from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Managed Services

A premium package which provides a Fully Managed, End-to-End, IT Service Management contract. Onyx will manage every aspect of your IT infrastructure from the installation and configuration, through to the monitoring, maintenance and user support.
